WAMU is not WMI.
WMI owned 100% of the WAMU stock, which it abandoned as worthless in the Bankruptcy in order to receive the $5 Billion NOLs.
WAMU. was purchased by JPMC.
WMILT is the successor in interest of WMI and WMIIC.
If WMI and/or WMIIC were the recipients of these funds, then WMILT has now stepped into their shoes.
