You are correct. Mostly because the news is just fluff. The latest news is a total joke. The CEO is getting desperate. If the CEO wants to put out something he should update the Share Count investors have been asking for. Had he not gagged the TA he wouldn't have to update it.

Remember that when someone tries to convince you to buy or sell there is something in it for them. It's not because they are concerned about your investment.
