I am not all that familiar with Quebec Corp. listings. But US State SOS's often show multiple listing with the same company name. The usual reason is that one is either a "former" listing now inactive for a variety of reasons or there is some small change that required a new listing and the older one is not removed. One might show active and another might show inactive. There also might be a difference in that one is an LLC (which Canada doesn't have) and the other is were it converted to a Corp.

Regardless there are any number of reasons why. Do you have a link to what you are specifically looking at?
