According to the executed definitive Agreement, LiveWire Ergogenics has acquired a minority equity interest in Mojave Jane in an all-stock transaction with a 12-month option to acquire 100% of the company. LiveWire has also been granted a seat on the company’s Advisory Board, and through its wholly owned subsidiary GHC Ventures, has been appointed as Master Distributor for all Mojave Jane products.
Seems very clear Jeff H had a hand in this imo..Bill with Omar maybe tabled the deal..there is definitely more to this picture.. can’t wait for the PR! VERY EXCITING!!
