First of all, the shares are worthless. With all the assets gone, there is nothing in the stock except debt. Debt which cannot be repaid, and would revert to the merging company in any R/M. That makes the value of the company less than zero.

There is also no chance of a reverse merger without management and a board of directors to approve it. They all quit when no offers were made for the stock during the SISP phase, as they were no longer needed during the liquidation phase.

And, most of all, the stock is going to be cancelled. This is a liquidation, and unless all the debtors and creditors in front of the common shareholders are 100% satisfied to what they are owed, the common shares will be cancelled.

That is the LAW.
