They did today in the seventh monitor's report. The TOTAL purchase price for both the US and Canadian assets is, as we said before, $4,340,000.

The claims that the money was just for the US assets were wrong. That is for all the Canadian plant assets and US intangibles.

There will be no reverse merger with the shares. They have nothing but debt left, and all the common shares will be cancelled.
