Look, it's very simple. This is a dead stock. A group of professional dirtbags got hold of it and attempted to hijack the ticker. The issued a bunch of false and misleading PR, and filed some paperwork. The SEC caught wind, and shit it down.

That's all there is to it. It's over. MPIX is no more.
