There is only one trial site listed so far (in the UK), so enrolling 114 subjects may take several months. Once fully enrolled, the trial should finish up pretty quickly.

Is it difficult to enroll for this type of trial?

I wouldn't expect it to be unusually difficult insofar as the trial is using healthy volunteers.
