William Aul the corp attorney indicated in the FIRST ENGLISH LANGUAGE PR ever issued to the U.S. that "GIFA Inc will expects to be FULLY SEC REPORTING AND COMPLIANT in a TIMELY MANNER"....translation....ALL SEC FILINGS WILL BE COMPLETED "SOON" and this will be a FULLY REPORTING COMPANY who's name is GIFA Inc and who's symbol is GIFX now and "Firefish" does NOT EVEN EXIST any longer....

It's no more complicated than that to me....

It's obvious attorney William Aul and GIFA Inc wanted FINRA COMPLETED FIRST as FINRA is notoriously, hideously SLooooow and laborious....and THEY COMPLETED ALL ACTIONS NOW WITH FINRA....

All that is left is FINAL SEC FILINGS TO SEC EDGAR...a cake walk now...just the company and their auditor who has surely been working on those filings while waiting for FINRA TO FINISH....

And filing some simple forms with the OTC SITE to clean-up the OTC site dated info on their corporate profile and remove the stupid "CAVEAT" nonsense....as GIFA Inc is going to be FULLY SEC REPORTING...NOTHING NOW CAN STOP THAT FROM HAPPENING...FINRA IS COMPLETE...and the SEC filings are a cake walk compared to WAITING ON FINRA....the SEC...the company merely files...no waiting....NO BS....CLOSE THE DEAL....
