That was language in the SOLICITATION allowing for someone to propose a recapitalization if they wanted. In no way does it mean anyone did and there is nothing to suggest in what has been filed that ANYONE showed any interest in the equity of BIOAQ, to be purchase, recapitalized or whatever.
