I don't have an answer.

I do have an opinion. My opinion is that these are the bulk of the safe harbor assets.

I have seen some posts here that list some of these as having gone to JPM as part of the P&A agreement. I have no basis for determining if that is some, part, or all of what you are talking about.

I keep going back to Dr. Acharya's assertion that the company was worth around $86B. This statement was made, I believe, after the seizure.

Thanks again to Large Green for linking to those documents today. I have not reread them carefully yet but I do intend to in the coming days.
