To think that even great ideas won't cause someone (think a new investor) some pain, is foolish, and anyone who tries to tell you any difference is a FOOL!

http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/15359295/site/newsweek/

This is the link to the Newsweek story (or you can use the same one in the "Board INFO")

If you read the story you will see why I wrote
...this company has a great idea, and in the future, should have a great potential for growth...since they just went public, and will need a couple of years to really bring anything to the market...there is a lot of concerns.

Let's look at....since they just went public, and will need a couple of years to really bring anything to the market...

Newsweek...So when do you expect the technology to become a reality?
Thorium...In about three years we'll have larger-scale development of reactors.

Now, as for ...this company has a great idea, and in the future, should have a great potential for growth

Newsweek...There are a lot of prominent nonproliferation experts on your board. Is this about making money, or stopping proliferation?
Thorium...This is a for-profit company, but there is a growing need for nuclear energy around the world, and it is critical that nuclear power plants do not contribute to the proliferation of nuclear weapons, and that the capacity of nuclear power plants be utilized to eliminate the existing stockpiles of plutonium. Our thorium fuel technology allows this to be accomplished in what we expect to be a highly profitable enterprise.

And why am I...for over 10 years I have been playing with Penny Stock and I have had some real winners and some terrible losers. Sometimes the companies have an idea which could turn the trick (Like QBID, a Gay TV Network) yet their management turns out to be either incompetent or criminal...

Other companies (Let's say IMDS) have a great product but they are up against a formidable competition (GE) and so, while you may make some money on its spikes, the company is being held down and their chance to sell their machine in the USA is stopped at (almost) every turn.

Think of the 2 big problems that Thorium will have...BIG OIL, and the Environmental Groups....

Since Thorium went public, it basically went down...from .37 to .30. In the Newsweek article (1st section) you will find this line

...the company went public on Oct. 9 and its share price drifted down slightly in its first week to close at 35 cents.

Again, do what you want because if you take anyone's advice, you will be wrong, BUT...make sure you understand what the risks are.

AND...write to the company, ask them if they will give any assurance that they won't do a R/S in the next year...with Penny Stock Start-up Companies, that is the BIGGEST threat to investors. (If you get an answer...please let me know...thanks)
