Sorry, I cannot say anything about the portfolio quality compared to 2012, but I think the initial position today is better than 2012 with Mr. Cooper, Champion Mortgage, Xome, Title365, quantarium, $5.9 billion NOLs (=ZERO taxes for many years) and a rising interest environment.

Perhaps someone else can chime in...

Is the nature of the portfolio the same ?!

Back then they have disclosed the loans serviced were predominantly "troubled"
