~ I'll Attempt To "Address" A Few Questions Together' ~

Yesterday's ... "Bench Ruling" ... was so very important because Judge Walrath, within her allowing of the WMI-LT's, ... "Proposed Order", ... She' actually "Addressed" the last WMI Senior Debt Creditor' ... The Tranche 4 Class 16 PIERS' ...

Now everyone, take your focus off of WMI' for a second, and focus on Bankruptcy Law Rule 510 "Subordination" ... which mandates that ALL Creditors Must Be "Addressed" First', ... the same language of an administrative hold placed on an affiliated Trust', is also applicable within a Trust Prospectus' ...

So Back to Rule 510, The Legal Term "Addressed" is used, because a Filer may not actually have enough money to actually PAY' all of its creditors in an approved Chapter 11' and may fall short of the money needed', ... But the law is the law' ... And The Court at least needs to "Address" The Creditors at minimum, ...

Once A filers creditors have been "Addressed", then an Affiliated Segregated Trust' can begin to function once again' ...

WMI' actually has enough "Cash and Tax Refunds" to PAY' the Creditors', ... but that is not always the norm' ...

Helpful I hope'
