If Amstar private shareholders were getting hit with the RS instead of POFG shareholders... there wouldn't be 19 million shares left, would there? No, there would be the current POFG 110 million + Amstars millions.

The only way the math makes sense, is if WE POFG get hit with the RS. Mike has confirmed this on the phone, end of story. Still could be a bagger or 4, but not the insane 40 bagger we were looking at yesterday.
