He is right. Clearly there is dilution here. The shares were issued, and, immediately are part of the O/S, so here you are right.

But, the toxic financiers need to sell these shares into the market to turn them into cash. Or how do you think they get their money????

So the shares that were previously diluted are now being sold into the market. This is clear like water.

This is not a problem, as this just gives a great chance to buy more.

I and my clients are buying since last week, as many shares we can.

I can tell you that at least 1.8M shares were bought by us today. I say "at least", because these ones I know for sure. But the number is bigger, because I don't know how many shares my paid subscribers bought, only the ones my clients of the private coaching service buy.

Resuming, yes, there is dilution, but, that is not a problem, because even with 90M or 100M Float, this stock will fly to dollars.

In January of 2012, I issued a buy on ATRN, and, the stock ran 4300% in 7 weeks, from .008 to .35. It had also about 100M shares in the Float.
