They haven't done any OTC filings since 2015

They haven't put out news since 2015

They haven't updated their website since 2010


The PR even looks fake following all the regular patterns seen in past fake press releases used to try to manipulate other stocks including saying they are "currently working with the OTC markets to bring the company's filings up to date to remove stop sign and become fully current."

On top of all of that. The fake press release is littered with plagiarized statements.

Even the fake quote attributed to the FRHV CEO
