Thanks for posting that, just finished listening to it.

My take on the hearing was as follows:

1, Rosen is trying to wrap this up finally.

2, Employee atty's spent the entire time CRYING to the judge that we were screwed and we don't like it.

3. At the very end I heard Rosen stating that there will be a payment(to PIERS I assume) in early November and the 21 day stay will not affect that payment.
