He has a fiduciary responsibility to report company operations 4 times a year IF they file, pink sheet companies usually dont, keeping shareholders in the dark. Try looking at more promising investments, like fully reporting companies paying dividends.

BTZO doesnt fit that criteria hence fleecing shareholders is quite the norm.
