I am still very confident that the selling is all retail. I believe the CEO in that he is not diluting.
Diluting guys don't dilute with odd blocks of share numbers. The blocks would be even numbers. So those who are boxing in the trading would have been a little more convincing to some if they would have been using even number blocks. Like for an example. Diluters at wholesale Institutions won't sell a block of 18,150,868 shares at .001 per share. They would use a number like 18,000,000 as an even block of shares.
I'm not saying that even blocks are "always" dilution as it could be someone retail who simply bought an even number of shares. However, I am saying that when Diluters dilute, it will always be by seeing even lot orders. Again, I still believe this is retail guys trying to box the trading in.
