I always had this feeling that there was a huge reason for shareholders being “in the dark.”

IMO judges would want a good reason to let this go so far with no direct statements released regarding us.

Since Pwc’s newest message to the shareholders that they can’t answer many questions from us for confidentiality purposes prompted me to go back and reread a lot of the documents with that statement in mind and it paints a nice picture.
