LPI - some of the info that came out in the comments thread is that there has been a huge institutional seller for some months-- Warburg Pincus.

I checked Fintel and sure enough Warburg reduced by 12.3M shares on 9/28, but it still has 51.24 million shares.

This is likely why the short interest has grown.

On the positive side, one commentator noted that the founder/CEO has started four other cos. from scratch and sold all of them to bigger players. Other commentators in the comments section also felt he would eventually sell LPI for a higher price, too.
