A payout of $44 per common share will be fair and reasonable in your opinion? I'm sure you paid less than $0.10 for those that's quite a return for 10 years??????? Don't get me wrong I would like for that to happen and I'm sure the powers-that-be that are invested in this would like that also but personally I would settle for a little less. Wouldn't you?
