WRONG! We were promised FAIR and REASONABLE.

FAIR still remains to be seen and the time it has taken is becoming unREASONABLE. Notice I said 'becoming'. It is understandable for things to take a while in a Charlie Foxtrot of this magnitude. IMO, we are approaching the dividing line between REASONABLE and unREASONABLE.

I have been patient and will remain patient. However, the longer this drags out, the more likely it is that something will happen that will destroy FAIR.

One poster has repeatedly asserted that members of Congress are aware of what happened and that it will be made right. What happens when they all retire or if they fail to be reelected. Who will be our advocate then?

What if THJMW retires or becomes incapacitated? Will another judge understand everything that may have been agreed to in the judges chambers? Maybe all of those conversations are in the redacted records but maybe not. The 'colorable' charges of wrong doing may extend beyond what was uttered in open court and may be 'keeping' certain parties 'honest'. Will another judge 'carry our banner'?

I, for one, am glad to see this moving forward and anticipate reaping the rewards of my risk.

And by the way... there is no 'don't wait' for escrow holders. There is no reason this should be delayed more than necessary.
