Read AZ's posts...he's stating the LT is associated with the WMI Holding Co., NOT WMI's beneficial interests in ABS Trusts.

What i'm saying is that this is rubbish, WMI = WMI Holding Co., same company.

WMIH Corp, now COOP, is not what I was discussing.

25.2 Cancellation of Common Equity Interests:.., on the Effective Date, all Common Equity Interests shall be deemed extinguished and the certificates and all other documents shall be deemed cancelled.
