Correct, last I checked the LT recently stated that they were the sole "successor in interest" to WMI aka WMI Holding Co..

I wonder which genius could be causing all this confusion by constantly posting this erroneous nonsense...hmmm!

25.2 Cancellation of Common Equity Interests:.., on the Effective Date, all Common Equity Interests shall be deemed extinguished and the certificates and all other documents shall be deemed cancelled.
