Clearing up my “old vs new” dilution thoughts...

My apology to all when I made the post speaking about ”old dilution” versus ”new dilution” with all of the confusion that came from that thought. From what others have forwarded me, some have greatly got things twisted. Some have twisted ”old dilution” to mean or equate to being newly issued shares as of some recent date. That is not the case. If my previous post led to this confusion, then I must apologize to all. Such is not what I meant for an understanding.

First and foremost, the old transfer agent sent the codes over to the new transfer agent over a week ago to start the process of transferring MLHC from their old transfer agent, to their new transfer agent. This can be confirmed by anyone who tries hard enough to get the proof. During this process, no conversions for dilution could have transpired. The transfer process is not going to be complete until sometime early this week per the company tweet this past Friday:

To keep this very simple… any stock that has a float, which is every single stock existing within the market, has such a float because of ”old dilution” that had previously existed at one time or another. That is where the liquidity comes from for us retail investors to be able to have an opportunity to buy any stock that exists to trade on any public market.

The company is not dumping shares. Any old dilution is already factored into the Outstanding Shares (OS) here with MLHC which is as reported in a previous PR below by the company to be under 3.8 billion shares:
