After watching L2 for months, I'm in total agreement.
Although, I believe Bioamber Inc is accumulating with their +4M cash on hand.
This explains: why we haven't seen any KKR equity raise filings; the trading we're seeing; why Visolis didn't include cash equivalents in the purchase.
