bc those shares have always been there....Yes I see what you see...now how will the old executives make money.. exchange the private shares for the AS then put them up on the market at $ keeping the price at .015 STATIC PRICE (how, the why I know cus if the shares got to 5$ now how can they put out shares and try to get 5$) AS for the private they quash what they originally invested , they exchanged their private shares for A.S., they sell off the rest of the AS at 5$ and every one is safe just about.
