And it sure can't be due to their financial forecast which you included. But addressing it would help to understand why it was included. How did 2017 pan out? And how is 2018 panning out?

Everything contained in your post has resulted in where the sp is now. In the crapper.

And I see nothing in your compilation that would make it a well-rounded analysis. Not one single negative? That says a lot.
