Oops...Yeah, I agree with ya, I missed that point and was just running the numbers on revenue. So that means, we need to hit 1 Bn revenue by 2023 now

To be honest, with that 10% of SSTI number, $4 seems unreasonable and illogical for PTOTF in 5 years. We also have the look at the technology and the customer case. With the varied product range, PTOTF can hit many more verticals globally as compared to the limited customer base with SSTI, IMHO.

Just to clarify your point about revenue. Shotspotter currently has 10.7m shares outstanding vs Pat1 with 113m shares. Comparing rev vs share price is not a direct comparison when looking at two companies. On a past 4q basis SSTI reported revenues of 29.1 mil, with continued growth of +50% historically they have a projected revenue of about 43m next 4qs. With those numbers in mind they are trading currently $40 a share with a foward Price/revenue of 10. Simple math with equal revenue and equal market cap Pat1 share price would be approximately 10% that of SSTI due to shares outstanding.
