No problem, YW. I have done some extensive research here with MLHC and I truly believe that it is going to be huge for quite a few huge reasons. The CEO is much more connected throughout the entire market in some very positive ways that I believe will start to come to fruition very soon.
The news today eliminated the dilution concerns and stated that the due diligence of the acquisition was completed and strongly hinted that the closing of the acquisition is going to be announced this week. I believe it will prove to be bigger than what some have expected.
The MLHC news today confirms that any selling is retail and not from the company. With confirmation from the company in the news today of the Outstanding Shares (OS) being roughly around 3.8 billion shares, I believe that most of the shares in the Float have already been largely absorbed even if you consider the Float to be a worst case scenario the 3.8 billion shares or so as the OS. The evidence of this thought is the fact that well over 6,000,000,000+ shares have traded over the past two weeks:
