there will be no update from Adair. The stock has backers if he would just get out of the way. But he wants his accrued salaries for driving the company to 0 and is taking it hostage. Any person from the street would serve as a better CEO. If he had our interests in mind he would step down, let others do what they want to do, and it would be a win win for all.

Indeed I am with you on the pps price. It's between the depths of hell or jackpot for us. Need Adair to realize it would benefit him to step down. No one will be paying him accrued salaries when they can just purchase another shell for $20K
