OK, I would say that I am not expecting an announcement today, but reckon that announcement(s), most probably in the plural, will most likely be a very small number of days away, As Stingray has pointed out over and over again, it takes two to tango, and MMXT and SCMI do not, on these occasions, enjoy complete autonomy.

It's as simple as that . If there are posters such as CGI who choose to be totally negative in their outlook, that is their decision. By focusing on beloved four-letter words as their source of satisfaction, they are cutting themselves off from reality.
