When they had legitimate cancer research going on while partnering with UTEP made this seem more legitimate. UTEP has subsequently dropped them like a bad habit, their cancer R & D was shelved as a result, and the CBD Oil Pain Management show is an afterthought to make money to keep them afloat. Hartman should be called out for the way all of this came to fruition, because the fact that it has NOT been successful is a direct result of how this "business" was born...by necessity.
