Yes correct but as you also noticed or not I didn't even put K's divies in there either!

Point I was/am trying to make is that nobody has that kind of annual exposure WITHOUT substantial assets backing those liabilities up, just would not make any sense.

Also I would think it would be all but impossible to peddle those shares if they were backed just by a promise to pay....
