LG, A Very Good Summarization... The Escrow Markers are our ONLY evidence of our Erstwhile ownership interest in WMI, as out shares got cancelled... so obviously they have to be used in determining whatever distributions have to come to us in future from whatever Assets return to WMILT from Safe Harbor.
