Ok here is details from the dictionary:

Breach- An act of breaking or failing to observe a law, agreement, or code of conduct.

Default- Failure to fulfill an obligation, especially to repay a loan or appear in a court of law.

Those are the same thing, just different words used to describe them.

Oh and by the way I am fully aware of the 2 billion note outstanding. Yet it hasn't been converted fully, and why not?. I remain hopeful that it is all being worked out and who knows maybe it disappears due to a time lapse in the language for failing to convert in a given time frame. Who knows, maybe even Blue Citi realizes that the 500 million shares they currently have would be worth more if they retired the remaining balance. That sure would be a fun day to watch in the stock price.

But that's just my opinion and speculation. You have yours and that's ok in my book.
