They're basically withholding the dividend for the collateral shares,no?
There might/should be an upside for the second distribution;
But 47M / 2.56831 = 18.3M, i.e the collateral shares are included in the 2.56831 number. I assume they'll correct this for the second distribution when the collateral shares have been returned, i.e the true total (disregarding more dilution) is 18.3M/39M=0.47 TRW/SIAF or 1 TRW pr 2.13 SIAF. Thoughts?
