Ex-date should be one day after the pay-date for distributions > 25%. Which $63M or whatever the number is, certainly is, relative to the market cap.

Those are the exchange rules. Ex-date to be announced by FINRA. But because this is a HK company and our shares are registered over there, I can't be sure. We'll figure it out.
