..Before installing or agreeing to have the FleetSafer application installed on your Device, you represent and warrant that you have (a) read this agreement in its entirety including the Cogosense FleetSafer Software License (incorporated herein), (b) you understand and agree to the terms of this agreement, (c) you are at least 18 years of age, (d) if you are accepting this agreement for a child under 18 years of age you have the legal right to enter into this agreement on the child’s behalf

These terms and conditions represent the entire agreement (“Agreement”) between you and Cogosense with respect to FleetSafer. All references herein to “you” and “your” means you, your employees and any other person or entity on whose behalf you have the authority to accept these terms and conditions, all of whom shall also be bound by this Agreement to the extent permitted under applicable law.

YOU SHOULD CONTACT YOUR EMPLOYER TO DETERMINE WHETHER IT HAS A SEPARATE WRITTEN LICENSE AGREEMENT IN PLACE WITH COGOSENSE. NOTHING IN THIS PRIVACY POLICY SHALL MODIFY OR CHANGE THE TERMS OF ANY EXISTING SEPARATE WRITTEN AGREEMENT BETWEEN COGOSENSE AND YOUR EMPLOYER.
