I'm going to stay neutral here, just so we maintain a contact with John. I know it appears naïve, but I still believe we can get right again. If you all sue that will certainly up the pressure.

I really need to contact the environmental agency again to see if they have any update. I will let the board know if they do. Otherwise I will try to remain in contact with John and stay silent unless there is significant real news.
