Ed couldn’t even keep his lies straight. He claimed the 650 million shares sent to Sierra Global was for two payments on the Tangier’s debt.

Then he stated (maybe by accident) in one of those fraud share lawsuits that Sierra Global never made the 2nd payment and the company did.

Yet the registration statement with SEC still said Sierra Global paid the debt.


Lock him up.
