I will copy/paste the email tonight about 11pm est when I am back at my pc...isent an email to the contact us link on the amstar website and received the reply this morning around 8am. (Confirming the reverse merger)...name change to amstar to follow...I will foward the email to whomever wants it and post it here tonight. Michael wayland public information officer was the person that replied from amstar.
