Timothy Ayre who is charged with FRAUD and has multiple charges from FINRA is still on the Company. IMO just a matter of time before the SEC or DOJ comes in and lays additional charges for his illegal and misleading fund raising activities.

New CEO = putting lipstick on a pig, it's still a PIG.
