Is LEXG still around? They are weeks late in filing a 10-K and have not filed for a NT 10-K extension (which has to happen BEFORE they are late). I don't see where this has happened before - they usually file the NT 10-K and then file the 10-K on the extension date (which has also passed even if they HAD filed the NT 10-K). Haven't even heard a PR in 2.5 months (which is no big deal but the non-filing of a required SEC document should be a very big deal).
