Sorry, but by definition, market value is what someone is willing to pay for something. And in the case of BIOAQ, it is just $4,340,000.

The other figures were just estimates, and were estimates of a non-distressed seller. But BIOAQ, once they filed bankruptcy, became a distressed seller, so the market value became a fraction of the original non-distressed "fair market value" estimates.
