I did a bit of research on them, i believe they are saying lehman holds claims against all certain parties and they are owed money, correct me if im wrong though.

Also, im not sure if jovi's latest find pertains to todays court case, they may be entirely different. I wonder why amounts for all of this havent been disclosed? eh hopefully we will get some answers afterwards. hearings starts in 5 minutes.

all of this does seem good tho, lehman is breaking everything down and from the looks of it they still have cards to play and we are now seeing them.
