If Mel Watt who stated he didn't know who he worked for and the FHFA is not an arm of the government then who exactly is signing Mail Watts paycheck?

Secondly, it is illegal for an appointed third party ( the Conservator ) to oversee and control a publicly traded Company without prior board approval and shareholder vote. ( since the FHFA is not part of the government )

Surprised Berkowitz lawyers have totally missed the boat on this. GLTA
