Medicare Advantage still covers Dental according to the people I Talk with.

In the United States, the Medicare tax is 1.45 - From each the employer and the employee.

My point with Medicare in the U.S. is that it is way underfunded. Ron Paul has talked about this for decades.

The last time the Medicare and SS taxes were increased was under Reagan about 35 years ago.

The post I made to you the other night was that the govt funded health Insurance should include the following 4 areas ...

1. Catastrophic Health Care
2. Preventative Health Care
3. People with Preexisting conditions
4. Closing the Medicare D Prescription Drug Loophole

And use the Medicare system for billing etc ... Few increased costs, and definitely not anywhere near the 20-25% overhead costs we have now.

GAP Insurance will be a whole lot less, and optional.

This is all about Health insurance, and not part of the Hospitals and Doctors whom provide the actual health care.
